1842 E Del Mar Pasadena Residence

Pasadena Residence is a proposed two story 3000 ft, an architectural rich residence located in Del Mar street in Pasadena. The project is located on a historical site and the architect proposed floor addition and expansion to the existing building to increase the livable space for the owner with conformance with historical building code restrictions enforced by the city of Pasadena. Amia Engineering performed structural design for this beautiful project.
